TENANT NOTICES
REMINDER: ALL properties are SMOKE FREE. This includes the use of marijuana and "vape" devices.
New Appleyard Terrace, Appleyard 1 & 2, and Euclid Gardens do have designated smoking areas.
Anyone found smoking in the properties will receive violations.
If the situation is creating a fire, health or safety hazard - you may face eviction.
SUMMER REMINDERS
Children must be supervised at all times. Playgrounds that are located on the property(s) are available for use at your own risk. For your children’s safety, please have them wear shoes while outside your apartment. Toys must be picked up each day and not left in public areas or driveways/parking lots. Abandoned toys may be disposed of. Buildings may NOT be written or drawn on with chalk, marker, or another medium.

pools, swing sets, spas, or trampolines are not permitted. Any outdoor furniture must be manufactured specifically to be outside. Garden fences or ornaments that impede the landscaper’s job are not allowed.

alcohol consumption outside of your apartment. If you have a garage, you may consume alcohol inside of your garage with the door closed. You cannot have alcohol in the driveway or outside of the garage.

propane tanks are not allowed. This includes gas grills. Charcoal grills are allowed if your unit has a personal outside area. Grills be from any structure while in use. Coals must be completely cooled before proper disposal.
Window air conditioning units may be used between Memorial Day (the last Monday in May) and Labor Day (the first Monday in September). They may not be in the windows before or after these dates. Please contact the office so Maintenance can be sure they are installed correctly.
Cameras are NOT permitted!
Security cameras are a violation of your lease. If they are attached directly to the building this will be a second violation for damage.

As of 9/1/22 ALL laundry machines are $3.00
We are aware that some maintenance tasks may be taking longer to complete. Due to COVID protocol we are still doing emergency work orders and will complete non-emergencies as possible. If anything changes with your work order we ask that you contact us so we can update the priority.
NOTICE: 1/20/22 EUCLID RESIDENTS The area in front of the sidewalk leading up to the lobby doors on Newton is a NO PARKING zone. Please refrain from parking there so the plow drivers can adequately clear the sidewalks for everyone's safety. If this continues to be a problem we will have the vehicles towed at your expense.
Exterior holiday decorations are not permitted as of 11/29/21
